Giving Opportunities at St. Paul Lutheran Church

St. Paul's has several giving opportunities to support the life of the church. Below are the current funds at St. Paul's.

General Fund
This fund supports the general operating expenses of the church.

Building Fund
The building fund helps to make improvements to our church building.

Memorial Fund
Gifts given in memory of individuals are used for a variety of church needs.

Scholarship Fund
St. Paul's provides scholarships to High School graduates who are seeking higher education. The recipients of the scholarships are members of St. Paul's.

Seminarian Support Fund
St. Paul's provides financial support to seminary students with ties to our congregation. Currently we are supporting Renee Splichal Larson, Cole and Carrie Bentley, and Pauline Crowder.

Cemetery Fund
This fund goes to the maintanience of St. Paul's cemetery which is located four miles east of Garrison.


World Hunger Fund
St. Paul's collects money to send to ELCA World Hunger. For more information on ELCA Global Hunger, please visit the Links page.

Camp of the Cross Debt Reduction
St. Paul Friends of the Camp has a yearly goal of raising $5,000 to give toward reducing the Camp of the Cross debt.

Sound System Fund
This fund helps to update the sound system (microphone, speakers, amplifier) at the church.


If you are interested in contributing to any of these funds you can either:

• Talk to Pastor Hendrickson; or
  
• Mark an offering envelope with the name of the fund you wish to support and place your contribution in the offering plate during worship.
